Distreptaza suppositories pharmachologic effect:
As part of the preparation two active components: streptokinase and streptodornase. Streptokinase refers to the fibrinolytic enzyme, promoting the conversion of inactive plasminogen into active plasmin which dissolves fibrin fibers in clot. Streptodornase - an enzyme that is capable of dissolving pus and dead cells, without causing an impact on healthy cells and their function. Effect of the drug is to facilitate the access of antibiotics to the site of inflammation.

Indications:
Treatment of acute and chronic adnexitis, salpingitis, endometritis, post-surgical infiltrates, acute and chronic inflammation of hemorrhoidal veins paraproctitis and fistulas, cysts of the coccyx, after operations on the abdominal and pelvic cavity to prevent adhesions.

Distreptaza suppositories mode of application:
Candles are administered rectally, most deeply. The dose depends on the severity of inflammation.
Severe: 1 suppository 3 times / day for 3 days on 1 suppository 2p / day 3 days, then 1 suppository 1p / day for 3 days.
